Since 2003, it’s been unlawful to discriminate in the workplace on grounds of sexual orientation. The best organisations in the country now recognise that when they are looking for the best people, some of them may be gay, and attracting and retaining the very best staff, regardless of background, is now a fundamental part of business strategy for companies and organisations striving for success.
